THE TECHNOLOGY OF AWARENESS
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness; a tool that we can use to activate and balance our energies & ourselves:
In Kundalini Yoga we use Mantras, hand postures, and breathing techniques together with a set of yoga poses to help bring balance to our mind and bodies and raise our vibrations to bring us into a truly relaxed state of being.
We'll will start with a few minutes to get to know each other and a short introduction on how Kundalini Yoga works, followed by a simple set of poses to stretch, breathe, and let go, and a sweet meditation to end our time together.
This month's theme is Balance.
